Who we are
Duck Does is a website design service run by Luciana de Medeiros, Portuguese tax number (NIF) 298061155, based in Lisbon. We are responsible for the data you send us through this site. Contact: [email protected].
What data we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we collect your name, email, mobile number, your business name and type, your answers about the site you want and, if you give them, your business Instagram or Facebook links.
What we use it for
We only use this data to prepare and send your quote and your mockup, and to talk to you about your request. The legal basis is your quote request (pre-contractual steps) and your consent. We never sell or share your data for other purposes.
Who we share it with
To run the site we use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Notion (request tracking). We don’t share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request. If we don’t go ahead with a project, we delete it after 12 months. If you become a client, we keep what the law requires for invoicing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to [email protected]. If you believe your data wasn’t handled properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Passwords
We never ask for your passwords, not for your email and not for WhatsApp.
